Our projects

As well as delivering our core package of services, we also deliver a range of bespoke or targeted projects.

UKRI Community Research Networks

Compost London is working in partnership with Newham Council and United Kingdom Research and Innovation(UKRI), to empower communities to develop grassroots research agendas and build capability and expertise in community-led forms of research and innovation.

The Nourish Fund

The Nourish Fund makes funding of up to £2,000 available to enable small or newly set-up organisations to access our paid-for services, that they may not otherwise be able to afford.

Newham ESOL Exchange

Newham ESOL Exchange is a network of people and organisations working together to improve English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) in Newham.

The Evaluation Exchange

A project in partnership with UCL (University College London) providing a unique learning opportunity for voluntary and community sector organisations to gain skills in evaluation and impact.

Compost Newham

Compost Newham has been funded by Newham Council and delivered by Compost London since August 2021, as one of a number of programmes we offer. We decided not to bid for the next contract, so this phase of Compost Newham ends on March 31st. In April we will produce an impact report, which we will share through our website and mailing list.
